My name is Ari.
I'm a 20-year-old kid studying graphic design at the University of Southern California and practicing photography, a hobby I picked up when I was 15.

I photographed my first wedding when I was 17, but I was more interested in live concert photography so in the next year I photographed Warped Tour, Family Values Tour, Projekt Revolution Tour, and a number of other concerts. I was then accepted into the USC Roski School of Fine Arts to pursue a focus in graphic design. In October 2010, I was asked to photograph Steve Miller's two-day performance at Bovard Auditorium and was subsequently hired by the Thornton School of Music's Popular Music and Industry Studies program as their official photographer. For the past year, I've been photographing their student performances and forums with guests such as Steve Miller, Joe Satriani, Macy Gray, Andy Summers, and more.

In addition to photography, I design/code websites and am the creator of The Girl Map, a Tumblr blog that assists female LGBT Tumblr users in finding other female LGBT Tumblr users around the world. I also designed/coded this site.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
